Personal data protection according to the Spanish Organic Law (on Data Protection)
In accordance with the regulation on personal data protection in force, RICHMOND PARK SCHOOL, S.L informs you that personal data collected through paper forms or electronic mediums are included in the user-specific automated files in RICHMOND PARK SCHOOL, S.L.’s services. The purpose of the automated collection and processing of personal data is to maintain commercial relationships and carry out tasks of information, training, guidance and other activities of RICHMOND PARK SCHOOL, S.L. This data will only be disclosed to the entities necessary in order to comply with aforementioned provisions. RICHMOND PARK SCHOOL, S.L. adopts the necessary measures in order to guarantee the security, integrity and confidentiality of the data in accordance with the contents of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data. The data subject can exercise their rights of access to, rectification, cancellation and the right to object stated in the aforementioned Regulation (EU) at any time. The user states that all the data they have provided are correct and accurate, and agrees to keep them up to date, informing RICHMOND PARK SCHOOL, S.L. of any changes.
Purpose of processing personal data:
For what purpose will we process your personal data?
At RICHMOND PARK SCHOOL, S.L, we will process your collected personal data for the following purposes: 1. For the hiring of the goods and services offered to maintain contractual relationship, as well as the management, administration, information, provision and improvement of the service. 2. For the sending of information requested through the forms available digitally or physically. 3. For the sending of newsletters, as well as commercial communications and promotions and/or advertising of our entity and/or sector. We remind you that you can object to the sending of commercial communications by any means and at any time by sending an email to the previously stated email address. The fields on these forms are compulsory, and it will not be possible to carry out the aforementioned purposes if this data are not provided.
How long will the collected personal data be stored?
The personal data provided will be stored for as long as a commercial relationship is maintained and you do not request its erasure. Subsequently, it will be stored for the period legally required (unless, in both cases, the processing is based on the data subject’s consent and they revoke this consent, in which case the data will be stored until such a revocation is received). Therefore, we can guarantee that your data will not be stored for longer than the necessary period for the purposes previously stated, notwithstanding the storage that may be necessary for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims; and/or as long as the applicable legislation allows it.

The processing of your data is carried out with the following legal bases which legitimise such processing: 1. The request of information and/or the hiring of services from RICHMOND PARK SCHOOL, S.L, the terms and conditions of which will be made available to you prior to an eventual hiring. 2. Freely given, specific, informed and unambiguous consent. Whilst we inform you by making this privacy policy available to you, after reading it, in the event of agreement, you may accept by means of a statement or by a clear affirmative action, such as ticking the box for this purpose. In the event you do not provide your personal data or the data you provide are inaccurate or incomplete, we will not be able to meet your request, making it impossible to provide you with the requested information or carry out the hiring of services.

This request must include the following details: name and surname(s) of the data subject, address for notification purposes, photocopy of National Identity Document or Passport, and the request it is based on. As well as the aforementioned rights, the data subject will have the right to withdraw their consent at any time by means of the previously stated procedure, without this withdrawal affecting the lawfulness of the processing prior to the withdrawal of consent. RICHMOND PARK SCHOOL, S.L reminds the data subject they have the right to file a claim before the relevant supervisory authority.
Security measures implemented
RICHMOND PARK SCHOOL, S.L agrees to comply with its obligation of secrecy of personal data and its duty to keep it, and will adopt the necessary measures to avoid alteration, loss, unauthorised processing or access to, in accordance with the contents of the applicable regulation. RICHMOND PARK SCHOOL, S.L has established the necessary security measures of technical and organisational nature in order to guarantee the security of personal data and avoid its alteration, loss and unauthorised processing and/or unauthorised access, in view of the state of the technology, character of the data stored and the risks they are exposed to, whether these arise from human actions or from the physical or natural environment, in accordance with the contents of the applicable regulation. RICHMOND PARK SCHOOL S.L, an entity that is concerned with privacy, continuously maintains supervision, control and evaluation of its processes to ensure the privacy and security of information is respected, according to international standards, in order to reinforce the confidentiality and integrity of information within its organisation.
Protection of stored information
RICHMOND PARK SCHOOL, S.L makes backup copies of the content stored on its servers. However, it will not be accept responsibility for the loss or accidental erasure of the data on the part of the data subject. Likewise, it does not guarantee the complete replacement of data erased by the data subjects, as this data may have been erased or modified since the last backup copy. The services offered, except the specific backup services, do not include the replacement of the content stored in the backup copies made by RICHMOND PARK SCHOOL, S.L when this loss is attributable to the data subject; in such a case, a price according to the complexity and volume of recovery will be decided, always prior to the data subject’s acceptance. The replacement of erased data is only included in the price of the service when the loss of content is due to causes attributable to RICHMOND PARK SCHOOL, S.L.
Commercial communications
In accordance with the Spanish Law on Information Society Services, RICHMOND PARK SCHOOL, S.L will not send advertising or promotional communications via email or any other equivalent means of electronic communication that have not been requested or expressly authorised by the recipients of these communications. In the case of data subject with whom a previous contractual relationship exists, RICHMOND PARK SCHOOL, S.L will be authorised to send commercial communications referring to products or services that are similar to those initially hired by the client. In any case, the data subject, subsequent to proving their identity, will be able to request they do not receive any more commercial information through the previously mentioned channels.
