On a rainy Saturday morning, Richmond Park School’s team started their league campaign with a victory against Numontinos. The team put in a terrific performance which was reflected in the 17-0 scoreline. 

There were goals galore but the team’s success started with some solid goalkeeping from Iban. He was always calm and composed and distributed the ball well. Pablo and Pedro were a solid base in defence once again and Juan Pedro and Alejandro had great games, playing in both defence and attack. William started the game up front and lead the line superbly. 

Guille, Gonzalo, Martin, Erick and Gabriel added multiple goals each, showcasing the team’s attacking firepower. Angela put in a brilliant performance and added a goal to compliment her fantastic all-round play. 

The team now has a week away from league action and will play a friendly match next Saturday 11 November here at Richmond Park School. Our next competitive fixture is on 18 November against St George School.
