Los comentarios est\u00e1n basados en la evidencia acumulada a trav\u00e9s de nuestro sistema de \u201cself review\u201d que incluye visitas frecuentes a nuestras zonas de aprendizaje, el escrutinio de la programaci\u00f3n y el trabajo de los ni\u00f1os. <\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Estamos convencidos de que nuestros alumnos est\u00e1n felices y ya tienen una sensaci\u00f3n de pertenencia a la comunidad. Richmond Park School ya es su colegio. Se est\u00e1 desarrollando r\u00e1pidamente una cultura en el colegio basada en la confianza, el respeto mutuo y un profundo sentimiento por cuidar de los dem\u00e1s.  <\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Hemos comenzado una relaci\u00f3n entre los padres y el colegio esencial para el buen funcionamiento de nuestra comunidad. Hemos organizado algunas charlas y eventos, incluyendo una sobre nuestro proyecto de sostenibilidad, as\u00ed como nuestro reciente \u2018Village Fair\u2019. Este aprendizaje \u201ccross-curricular\u201d se ha podido comprobar a trav\u00e9s de un concierto de todo el colegio y los \u201cdisplays\u201d y actuaciones individuales de cada clase.  <\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"900\" height=\"506\" src=\"https:\/\/richmondpark.school\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/12\/kids-rich.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1130\" srcset=\"https:\/\/richmondpark.school\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/12\/kids-rich.jpg 900w, https:\/\/richmondpark.school\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/12\/kids-rich-300x169.jpg 300w, https:\/\/richmondpark.school\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/12\/kids-rich-768x432.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 900px) 100vw, 900px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n<p>Este es solo el principio de una prioridad del colegio. Todo el trabajo de los ni\u00f1os este trimestre as\u00ed como el planning han preparado el camino para nuestro programa de sostenibilidad. Nuestros alumnos aprender\u00e1n y pondr\u00e1n en pr\u00e1ctica los 17 objetivos de desarrollo sostenible de las Naciones Unidas. Esto formar\u00e1 una parte permanente en nuestro programa co-curricular y permitir\u00e1 a los alumnos utilizar y desarrollar sus habilidades de pensamiento y comunicaci\u00f3n, su apoyo a los dem\u00e1s y un sentido de compasi\u00f3n y compromiso.   <\/p>\n<p>&nbsp; <\/p>\n<p>El mayor impacto directo en la educaci\u00f3n de los alumnos se crea a trav\u00e9s del personal docente. Nuestro profesorado y ayudantes han formado r\u00e1pidamente un equipo fuerte, caracterizado por su alta motivaci\u00f3n, creatividad, deseo de asumir responsabilidades, y un acercamiento cari\u00f1oso a los ni\u00f1os. De igual modo, nuestro personal no docente ha sido muy eficiente y de gran ayuda.  <\/p>\n<p>&nbsp; <\/p>\n<p>Estamos muy satisfechos con el aprendizaje de los ni\u00f1os este trimestre. Los profesores han utilizado diversos m\u00e9todos, ofreciendo oportunidades para que los alumnos trabajasen en parejas o grupos y presentaran lo aprendido en m\u00faltiples formas. Los alumnos, en general, est\u00e1n involucrados activamente en su aprendizaje, muy motivados y haciendo un muy buen progreso inicial.  <\/p>\n<p>&nbsp; <\/p>\n<p>En general, estamos muy contentos con el resultado obtenido. Ahora tenemos que mantenerlo y planear de forma rigurosa el desarrollo futuro.
