B\u00e1sicamente, consiste en dividir el colegio en grupos llamados \u201chouses\u201d y a cada alumno se le asigna un \u201chouse\u201d con el fin de pertenecer a un subgrupo dentro de la comunidad.   <\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Organizar un colegio bajo el sistema de \u201chouses\u201d ofrece muchas ventajas y atractivos desde el punto de vista formativo. Primero, fomenta el sentimiento de pertenencia a un grupo. Dentro de este peque\u00f1o grupo, los alumnos y profesores pueden conocerse mejor. Por su naturaleza vertical, los alumnos m\u00e1s peque\u00f1os pueden aprender y consultar a los mayores y estos, a su vez, cuidar de los miembros m\u00e1s peque\u00f1os. Todos los alumnos en Primaria salen beneficiados y ganan confianza, sinti\u00e9ndose m\u00e1s apoyados y protegidos. En Secundaria, los ni\u00f1os aprenden a guiar a los m\u00e1s peque\u00f1os y a compartir con ellos lo ya aprendido. En lugar de reemplazar los valores del colegio, los \u201chouses\u201d los refuerzan, dando mayor significado a los mismos. El sistema de \u201chouses\u201d tiene un impacto directo muy positivo en el desarrollo emocional, personal y social de los alumnos y de forma indirecta, ayuda tambi\u00e9n en su progreso acad\u00e9mico. El hecho de tener un sentido de identidad mayor genera una mayor convicci\u00f3n y confianza en los alumnos.       <\/p>\n<p>&nbsp; <\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Los \u201chouses\u201d promueven una competici\u00f3n sana: la emoci\u00f3n y el reto de competir contra otros. El ejemplo m\u00e1s claro es el deporte, pero, este sistema tambi\u00e9n permite a los alumnos participar, destacar y competir en ciertas \u00e1reas de su educaci\u00f3n, como pueden ser las artes creativas, los proyectos especiales o los debates. Los alumnos pueden descubrir nuevos talentos y desarrollar las diferentes inteligencias y estar\u00e1n animados y apoyados en todo momento por sus compa\u00f1eros de \u201chouse\u201d.    <\/p>\n<p>&nbsp; <\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Los nombres han sido cuidadosamente elegidos para representar nuestros valores y subrayar nuestro compromiso con los \u201c17 United Nations Goals for 2030\u201d. En nuestra opini\u00f3n, cada una de las personas que hemos elegido como l\u00edder simb\u00f3lico de cada \u201chouse\u201d ha tenido un impacto muy importante en alguna de estas metas. Los nombres seleccionados son:  <\/p>\n<p><strong>Aristotle<\/strong>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Calidad en la educaci\u00f3n<\/p>\n<p><strong>King <\/strong>(Martin Luther)&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Paz y justicia, reducir la desigualdad<\/p>\n<p><strong>Fleming<\/strong>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Salud y Bienestar<\/p>\n<p><strong>Attenborough<\/strong>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Sostenibilidad y Conservaci\u00f3n<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Nuestro colegio comenzar\u00e1 a utilizar este sistema al inicio del pr\u00f3ximo trimestre.
